VMVTech provides healthcare technology solutions, software development services, cloud infrastructure management, and related consulting services. Our offerings include but are not limited to:

  • AI-powered healthcare education tools
  • Regulatory compliance consulting and implementation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your use of our services.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on or made available through our services are the exclusive property of VMVTech, Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any proprietary software.

Custom work product developed under a service agreement shall be governed by the intellectual property provisions of that specific agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VMVTech, Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
  • Any third-party conduct or content on our services
  • Any other matter relating to our services

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to VMVTech during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
